Bumper Zumo XT

We've been receiving increasing requests for bumpers/bumpers for the Zumo XT1. While the Zumo XT can certainly take a beating, extra protection never hurts. We've also seen many attractive 3D-printed solutions. We've chosen to have the bumper injection-molded. This makes it easier to produce in larger quantities and it's made in a single piece. It's not constructed in layers, as with a 3D printer.

We had a mold made for an injection molding machine, during the injection molding process the material is injected into the mold at 600 bar. The result is a bumper made of a rubber-like material, similar to our cover but more flexible. The bumper stretches enough so that it can easily be applied to your Zumo XT.
